worst service ever

I have not received the lenses yet, I ordered them on 9/19/23 and today is 10/4/23, I am still waiting for them. I sent an email and they haven't answered me, I called them
and there is only the answering service and you cannot leave a message

This is my first time purchasing from this brand. And I have to say that it is worth the money I spent. I tried on so many kinds of other glass brands and this went beyond on what I expected.
