Haven’t received yet

It’s been 14 days and I still only have a tracking number from fedex that says they’re awaiting to receive package. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t got a reply back to my inquiry nor any updates of when I’ll receive my order.
If items are on back order, site needs to be updated for that. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 weeks to receive a reply on a order that supposedly ships in 3-5 days
