Amazing customer service

Unbelievable customer service that feels unheard of these days. One of the baby screws fell off on my glasses and because they use such nice hardware, I reached out to them. They were so fast and attentive, asked me to ship it back to be fixed. I believe instead they sent me a brand new pair of the glasses. The glasses are beautiful and have such nice glass, super comfortable and chic. This is a great company! Absolutely LOVE my shades!
