Horrible customer service

It took almost 4 months just to have them shipped. Customer service sucks big time, just like James mentioned in another review, they didn’t answer any of my 5 emails I sent out. Oh and to top it off, when I finally received the glasses, the screw holding the nose piece was stripped and fell out shortly after wearing them the first time. Extremely disappointed with this entire experience.

Haven’t received yet

It’s been 14 days and I still only have a tracking number from fedex that says they’re awaiting to receive package. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t got a reply back to my inquiry nor any updates of when I’ll receive my order.
If items are on back order, site needs to be updated for that. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 weeks to receive a reply on a order that supposedly ships in 3-5 days
